I'm having problems to log in.

  • Check if you are using the right email address. Maybe you could have registered an account with another email.

How do I create an account?

  • Go to and on the top left side of the screen click in Register. Please provide all information requested

Can I cancel my account after the purchase?

  • Yes you can but if you were to purchase another ticket for another event you'll have to register an account again.

Do I really need to provide all the information to create an account?

  • The more details you provide the easier it is for us to help you later on. It is important for us to contact you quickly in case an event has been cancelled for example

I forgot my email so I tried to reset my password but is still not working.

  • The reset password has lower and upper cases. Be sure that you are typing correctly
  • It's very common that customer trying to login using one email but registered another one
  • Contact us and we'll update your Dash account with a temporary password

Registered two times with two different emails.

  • The easiest way for you to keep track of your tickets is by having only one account. You can contact us if you want to group all your tickets into only one account

Purchase & Tickets

Do I really need to register an account to buy a ticket?

  • Registering an account is the only way to purchase a ticket as we need to email your ticket/s and have all your contact details

I can't find my ticket. Can I get it again?

  • Visit and login. Click the Account Tab on top right and select Purchase History. Here you’ll find your tickets - you can view and print them directly from here..

How do I find the event or venue?

  • On our main page you'll see our top events, you can also use the search box at the top of the page under the main navigation

Can I purchase by phone?

  • Yes. However there may be an additional fee to do so. Our call centre is open 10am to 5pm PST M-F 1-855-842-7575 (or just have a link to the number on the Contact Us page)

Can I correct personal or billing information on my order?

  • Yes. Once you are logged in you can edit all your details.

What is a BF, and why do I have to pay for it?

  • The BF stands for booking fee. It's what you pay to use our services.

Can I make a ticket reservation?

  • Sorry, we don't reserve tickets so we can be fair to all customers

How do I purchase more than 10 tickets?

  • You can either process the purchase 2 times directly on our website or you can contact us and we'll help you to set up a direct deposit purchase

Are there discounts for groups?

  • Contact us and we can ask the promoter on your behalf, to be considered a group it's generally understood as more than 10 tickets for the same event

Can I buy tickets on Craigslist?

  • Ticket Rocket DOES NOT SUPPORT the resale of tickets, as there is no way for us to prevent the ticket from being printed and sold multiple times by the original

How do I find an outlet?

  • Each event page has a list of the resellers where you can buy tickets from

I'm not sure about putting my credit card details on the internet. What type of security does Ticket Rocket provide?

  • Ticket Rocket uses SSL encryption protocol to guarantee secure transactions and complete confidentiality. Your credit card details and all the information you enter on the various forms is automatically encrypted when your data is transferred over the network

I don't have a credit card. How else can I pay?

  • If you live in Victoria, BC come on down to our box office 1050 Meares Street.

I bought 4 tickets but 2 of them are for a friend. Can you email me them separately?

  • Sorry but we can't help you with this one. Tickets are generated automatically and grouped by the account's owner.

My computer doesn't open PDF files.

I haven't received an email confirmation. What do I do?

  • Sometimes emails are not received by customers due to spam filtering from their ISP's. Once you have purchased a ticket, you can log back into your account at any stage to re-print your tickets

My ticket was stolen

  • Contact us and we can delete the previous ticket and reissue another one for you

I don't have a printer

  • You can email or even save your ticket to print somewhere else. You can also save the ticket on your phone or take the reference number on the ticket and present it to us at the venue. Don't forget to take a photo ID with you

When will I receive my hard copy ticket?

  • We don't mail hard copy tickets. You need to print them off by logging back into your account at any stage and print your purchased tickets.

I don't want to/can't attend the event anymore. Can I get a refund?

  • According to our Terms and Conditions we operate a no refund policy unless otherwise authorized by the event promoter. In such case, booking and credit card fees will not be refunded.

Can I give my ticket to a friend without warning Dash?

  • We won't ask for ID. If your friend trusts the fact that you're giving to him/her the only copy of the ticket that's fine

At the Venue

I forgot my tickets

  • As long as you have the ticket reference number (each ticket has an one), or the names with ID associated to the tickets, talk to one of the staff members at the venue and in most cases it can be sorted out

My ticket scanned red

  • This is becuase your ticket isn't valid or has already been scanned in. First, ensure that you've printed the correct ticket. If you've printed several copies of the same ticket or bought your ticket from someone else, there is a risk that it has already been scanned in and as a result your ticket is no longer valid. On site staff is within their right to not allow entry

I coulnd't get in and want a refund

  • Any event, and staff member at the event, have the right to refuse admission. Without any notice from the Presenter/Promoter refunds will not be given
